Member Art Grant

The Saskatchewan Society for Education Through Art will provide grants of up to $500 to its members wanting to implement art projects for residents of Saskatchewan. Grants applications must meet the following criteria:

1. The applicant must be an SSEA member
2. Must be a new art project developed by the applicant
3. The project must show originality and imagination
4. Application deadline dates are October 15 and February 15 of each year

Applications will be received throughout the year and grants will be awarded until all annual funds have been allocated.

Application Requirements:

1. The letter of application must include:
1. Rationale
2. Statement of general and specific outcomes
3. Methods of implementation
4. Materials needed
2. The applicant must hold a current SSEA membership.
3. Recipients will be required to write a follow up report on the success of the project, suitable for publication in the SSEA newsletter.  This report is due within 60 days of project completion. Please include authorization to use any pictures that are submitted with the report.
4. Recipients will grant the SSEA the authority to publish content of their application in the SSEA newsletter and on the website.
5. An application for funds from the successful applicant may be submitted every two years.
6. The SSEA Art Grant Committee will make all decisions regarding requests for funds.
